You can choose NON refundable or REFUNDABLE rate. NON refundable means - no refund in case of cancellation.
Smoking is not allowed- only outside! 50 euros fine could be charged for not following this rule!
Don't forget to switch off all electrical appliances, before going out of the flat!
DO NOT LEAVE key in the lock inside the flat when you are going out. To open the door with keys inside will cost 2000 CZK minimum
SOME LEGALLY BINDING RULES:
1. City tax (recreation tax) is not included into the price and has to be paid in cash on checkout day. 50 CZK or 2 euros per person per night.
2.Before your arrival day you would need to provide us information for the regisrtation of each guest staying at the apartment. Otherwise we might not accommodate you.
This is a legal requirement by Foreign Police for each foreigner coming to the Czech Republic. Information is kept confidential according to law and only for
purposes of control by Czech Authorities.

You can leave bags in the hotel 5 mins walk from the flat for only 2 eur per bag before checkin time and after checkout time
The flat is PRIVATE, with own bathroom, only for you.
Its only 2 mins from the Wenceslas square and 15 mins to the Old town Square.
Easy to get by public transport from the airport - 60 mins or 30 mins by car.
In a walking distance from the main train station.
